About us

The Foundation is operated as a charitable trust registered with the Registrar of Deeds under the Deeds Registries Act Chapter 20:05. The management of the Foundation are the Trustees, who have overall responsibility for the Foundation and are guardians of the Foundation's ethos.

 

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall management of the Foundation, including setting the aims of the Foundation and working to improve standards, maintaining the schools targeted by the Foundation, deciding on the use of its budget, choosing senior staff, looking after the site and buildings, developing a framework of policies within which it functions, dealing with personnel issues and settling disputes.

Day to day management of the Foundation is delegated to the Managing Trustee who works together with school executives (headmasters, teachers and other foundation staff) to carry out the mandate of the Foundation relevant to their individual responsibilities:

There are regular meetings of the Foundation’s Trustees and the school executives, which comprise the Headmaster, the Foundation, the Deputy Heads and Assistant Heads.
